Common blue/purple nebula eyes'

Background:
As a little human, Moss was walking around the rivers within the woods, collecting beautifully blue stones to a necklace for his mother. While jumping from stone to stone, he loses balance and falls into the river where he drowns. Now Moss in he form of an Albat look out for people risking the same fate as he.
